I want to share this special post with you all today. I transcribed the audio from my children’s prayers this morning, on their way to school in the van. I felt I had to record their prayers, as the past few days have been beautiful just listening to them pray. There is great power in our prayers to God. The innocence of a child often reveals the most powerful, and heart felt pleas to their heavenly father, God.
B. 7 Years Old: “Lord, I just pray that you would protect everyone in Ukraine right now. I pray that the war will stop and all the…..will go away in Jesus name, amen.”
I. 3 and 1/2 years old: “Lord, there be no more battles, and no more battles, and no more battles. Amen.”
R. 5 Years old: “Lord, that the people would be good. That there will be no more wars anymore, and they would have a bunch of life. No more war, no more airplanes, no more tanks, no more soldiers, no more battles. People would be good…No more pain, no more hurtness, no more sickness, O Lord. Let the people have a good day, amen.“
A. 3 and 1/2 years old: “Things be better, in Jesus name, amen.”
True prayer is measured by weight, and not by length. A single groan before God may have more fullness of prayer in it than a fine oration of great length.”
Charles Spurgeon, from The Power of Prayer
Let us continue to pray and support the people of Ukraine.
Blessings to you.
Christian
Amen!
