I awake to see the grey sky, the dark clouds covering, and the reminder of yesterday.
All I can do is ask, “Why?”
The emptiness inside that comes with defeat, the feeling of failure, and fear.
All I can do is ask, “Why?”
As tears roll down my face, and my heart yearns for change, the reminder is still there.
All I can do is say, “I need you right now…”

I pause….
and I wait…
for you.

Peace.
