The Health Sciences is blocked,
And the halls chalked full;
People coughing and sneezing,
All evening long.
An orchestra of sickness,
Surrounds our spot in the hall;
The wife has a wheelchair,
And I got a bench near the wall.
The lineup for this getaway,
Will keep you waiting for hours;
So you might need a book,
A smartphone – and make sure that you shower.
The dress-code is open for all kinds of folks;
You can wear PJ’s, camouflage shirts,
Or even long, fluffy coats.
Some people have hoods and others wear hats,
Some bring in packages and others great sacks.
Yes sir, you must be some desperate,
If you have a date night at Emerg;
But at least no kids are screaming,
Or complaining about ‘losing a turn’.
The wife’s foot is rested on my leg,
As her ankle swells blue;
But baby you’re still the most beautiful babe,
In the Health Sciences Emerg – I love you.

Hey Lillian! Yes, it’s been a while! We had an excellent Christmas; relaxing with the kiddos, hanging around the house, and spending time with the family. How about yourself?
Yeah, currently we are still at emerg – 10 hour visit right now, still waiting to see a Doctor. She will be okay, either her foot is really strained or its broke, we really don’t know right now.
